Paul Ransley

Since joining the company in 1996 as an Estimator/Project Manager, Paul has been instrumental in the growth of the Southern Division. He assumed the role of Divisional Manager in 2006 and has made a significant contribution by expanding the Division’s capability and project experience.

He has established a large network of clients and consultants, strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers and is an outspoken advocate for safety and quality standards across the industry. Paul firmly believes our recruitment and development of apprentices each year ultimately rewards us with strong succession planning.

In July 2021, Paul was appointed to the role of General Manager – Southern Tasmania with responsibilities for all construction operations in the south and the statewide operations of Fairbrother Facility Management.
