Michael Josey

Michael joined Fairbrother as the Victorian General Manager in 2014, bringing a wealth of construction knowledge accumulated across more than 30 years in the industry. His operational role includes spearheading new business initiatives, liaising with clients, and serving as Project Director for Victoria’s larger and more complex projects.

His diverse experience is highly regarded, particularly his influence on Design and Construct projects and his ability to provide solutions to challenging builds. Michael’s skills and experience enable him to lead from the front, mentoring his team with a lateral approach.

Throughout his tenure as General Manager, Michael has been instrumental in expanding the Fairbrother business throughout Victoria. Fairbrother maintains offices in Bendigo, Warrnambool, Geelong, and Melbourne, significantly broadening the company’s reach and influence in the state.

In 2021, Michael was appointed as an Executive Director to the Fairbrother Board.
