Mark Nugent

Mark joined the Board shortly after its creation in 2002.

The primary responsibility of the CFO is to prepare and implement financial strategy, policies and procedures as well as a robust financial controls framework in order to ensure we maintain financial stability as well as supporting growth.

Mark also manages the company’s high-level corporate governance processes.
A member of CPA Australia and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), Mark has broad exposure, also being a current Director of Degree C, Bank of Us, Lifeline Tasmania, and the Devonport North Rotary Club, where he is also Treasurer.
