Glenn is currently the SQE Manager for Fairbrother, responsible for Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental (HSQE) Management across the organisation. In this capacity, he develops and implements comprehensive safety, quality, and environmental management systems for all projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Glenn works closely with multiple stakeholders to provide training and support, promoting a high-performing safety culture throughout the business.
With a proven track record, Glenn has successfully delivered WHS accountability on high-profile projects such as the $85M Hedberg UTAS Performing Arts Centre, the $70M Risdon Prison Remand Centre, and the $135M UTAS relocation to Hobart CBD. He excels in communication, enabling effective interaction with individuals at all levels, and possesses a thorough understanding of HSE legislation, Codes of Practice, and Australian Standards.
