Aaron Finnigan

Aaron joined Fairbrother in 2012 as a site foreman and rapidly advanced through various management roles, culminating in his appointment as Manager – South West Victoria in August 2019.

Throughout his tenure at Fairbrother, Aaron has successfully overseen numerous high-profile projects as both a Site and Project Manager. Many of these projects have garnered local and state accolades from the Master Builders Association, underscoring his commitment to excellence. Born and raised in the area, Aaron has leveraged his extensive network of suppliers and subcontractors to build and strengthen relationships within the community.

In 2018, Aaron was nominated for Young Builder of the Year for the state of Victoria, a testament to his outstanding contributions to the industry.

As Regional Manager, Aaron focuses on securing future works, delivering projects to the highest standards, and maintaining exceptional safety protocols. Aaron is known for his ability to drive project efficiency and innovation while maintaining a strong emphasis on quality and client satisfaction. His proactive approach and dedication to continuous improvement have been instrumental in the sustained growth and success of Fairbrother in the region.
