Our people above everything else
Our purpose is to provide a workplace founded on our Guiding Principles where our people can learn and grow to their highest potential. As a Fairbrother employee we want to see you thrive in all areas of your life, not just at work.
A construction career. Not just a job.
Whether you’re an apprentice, part of our graduate program, or a long-term employee, we want to see you grow your career the way you want. We provide opportunities for training and development, and will celebrate with you as you shape your future.
Many of our senior-level staff began their careers as apprentices or in other roles with Fairbrother. We have an exceptional retention rate and are passionate about celebrating milestones with our employees.
Work with us!
A career with Fairbrother means working with an industry leader. We pride ourselves on safely delivering projects in an innovative and environmentally responsible manner; projects that every team member involved can be proud to put their name to.
We’re always on the lookout for new team members. Email your resume to hr@fairbrother.com.au and we’ll be in touch!
Apprenticeships
Our award-winning apprenticeship program begins taking applications in August for commencement the following January. We have carpentry apprenticeships available throughout Tasmania, and cabinet making apprenticeships in Devonport.
Graduate Program
The Fairbrother Graduate Program is a two-year, full time pathway that allows you the opportunity to build upon the knowledge gained during your academic studies. You will be exposed to a variety of business areas and, at the end of your two years, you’ll be ready to specialise in any one of them to build your construction career.
